We’ve coached on the high school and middle school levels, and we’ve coached college and international teams. We’ve coached our own kids in youth sports, and we’ve organized developmental leagues for our entire communities. We’ve served in urban cities, and we’ve served in country towns. We’ve taught English and Math, and we’ve taught Agriculture Science and Physical Education.

We’ve been the Head Coach and Athletic Director, and we’ve been the Assistant Coach and the Junior High Coordinator. We’ve even been the Superintendent and the Principal.

We’ve written books, we’ve produced podcasts, we’ve founded University coaching programs, and we’ve led regional coaching associations. We’ve coached both fall and spring sports, and led both boys and girls teams. We’ve even started Special Olympics programs.

But we know exactly what it’s like to set up the practice field, and we’ve written our share of practice plans. We’ve felt the thrill of winning championships, but most importantly, we’ve also experienced the greater satisfaction of seeing players’ lives change as a result of being on a team.
