Our Process
P H A S E I
Understand
We do a deep dive into what makes your community and school so distinct, what is your history, what is your projected future, what are your values, and ultimately what is it that you’re looking for.
We also come to an agreement about what you’d ultimately like us to do for you. It may be a full scale search or only a portion of our services.
P H A S E II
Discovery
We then assess the initial candidate applications along with our own network to begin the phases of our search process that will include rounds of interviewing that ultimately helps all involved come to a final resolution.
P H A S E III
Delivery
A lone finalist and/or finalists is then presented to the school leader(s) based on what was agreed upon in phase one. The student-athletes are now ready to benefit. The school is ready to benefit. And the community is now ready to benefit.
