Our Mission is to help schools and their communities identify the right leaders for their athletic programs to experience long-term success, so that all stakeholders can enjoy the benefits of having high quality sports such as student-athlete development, employee retention, and civic pride.

At TDL Sports, we take a holistic approach in identifying the right person to lead an athletic program. We consider the community and school’s history, its unique context, and what exactly its leadership is looking for (while always ensuring the search’s mission is to find a solution with a long-term lens). We then conduct a thorough search process investigating which potential candidate(s) would match with what is best for the community and the school, while at the same time ensuring that the applicants and their families’ privacy is protected.
